Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their client's team in California. This role is crucial for ensuring customer satisfaction by managing a high volume of incoming calls and emails while maintaining accurate records and delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities
Effectively manage large quantities of incoming calls and emails.
Accurately record customer orders according to customer specifications.
Confirm order information and enter order into the ERP system.
Verify and double check orders after they have been entered in the ERP system.
Identify and assess customer needs to promote positive customer relationships.
Monitor tracking for shipped orders to ensure they have arrived in a timely manner.
Work with vendors and/or Logistics to resolve shipping issues.
Respond to customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Ensure a positive customer experience through efficient service and consistent quality.
Provide analytics and insights, focusing on overall performance.
Maintain associated customer information database.
Print and coordinate shipping labels for the Packing Department when necessary.
Offer reliable support through teamwork with the general service team.
Encourage feedback and use it to make improvements to overall service and product offerings.
Keep informed of and follow the policies and procedures of the company.
May perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements The position requires a commitment to Monday through Friday, with first shift hours.
Benefits The role offers a competitive pay range, with a minimum pay of $21 per hour and a maximum pay of $23 per hour.
