Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
Maintain and update customer records accurately.
Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service operations.
Ensure all customer interactions align with the company's standards and policies.
Provide feedback on customer interactions to improve overall service quality.
Assist in training and mentoring junior customer service representatives.
Monitor customer feedback and report trends to management.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably at a senior level.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in using customer service software and tools.
Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Pay Base pay range: $22.00/hr - $24.00/hr.
