Compensation : $100,000 – $120,000 (competitive based on experience).
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of recent experience as a General Manager in an upscale, fine‑dining restaurant.
No more than 3 jobs in the last 5 years and a steady progression through your career.
Operations‑driven, passionate, open‑minded, and hands‑on.
Can‑do attitude; strong service orientation and commitment to serving one another.
Ability to build teamwork through proper training, deployment, and communication.
Strong coaching and follow‑through skills; ability to hold self and team accountable through performance criteria.
Strategic mindset to develop and execute action plans to achieve goals.
Responsibilities
