A top national law firm is currently seeking a Mergers & Acquisitions Associate to join their corporate team in Nashville, Tennessee. Candidates should have 2-4 years of experience in corporate law dealing with M&A transactions and be eager to work on high‑stakes deals in a collaborative, team environment.
The role will involve executing cross‑border M&A transactions for multi‑national clients in conjunction with the firm’s globally recognized international referral network, Lex Mundi.

This firm has a comprehensive M&A practice representing buyers and sellers in both public and private company strategic transactions, as well as financial sponsor transactions. They span most major industries and markets, and their preeminent group is highly recommended for their expertise in big‑ticket M&A transactions. They have served as lead counsel in more than 400 transactions ranging in size from $20 million to more than $15 billion in the last four years. They are also recognized by The M&A Advisor with an M&A Deal of the year in several categories (e.g., Private Equity, Healthcare).
