Base pay range:
USD $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 / year.

Summary of Position The General Manager leads the management and operations of the restaurant, ensuring that Team Members are hospitality‑focused and meeting expectations in all areas of their duties. The General Manager reports to the District Manager and supervises Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Team Members while operating the restaurant in line with the business plan and demonstrating Capstone values of people, hospitality, and integrity.
Responsibilities
Recruit and hire staff, and maintain a bench for future growth.
Ensure all marketing plans are executed, including proper installation of POP and menu board elements.
Ensure restaurant is staffed properly and Team Members are properly trained to perform their duties via effective training programs.
Ensure the restaurant is open and fully operational during business hours as defined by the District Manager, Regional Director of Operations, and Operating Partner.
Provide leadership by creating excitement, enthusiasm, a positive mental attitude, and commitment to company objectives.
Ensure inventory levels and that all equipment is maintained in excellent condition through approved vendors.
Set an example by maintaining excellent working knowledge and high proficiency in all phases of restaurant operations and technology.
Supervise in accordance with established performance and operating policies as set out in the operations standards manual.
Work with, develop, and motivate Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Team Members to perform at their highest level.
Review preliminary P&Ls and forward all questions to your District Manager.
Recognize and adhere to all HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies and procedures to provide a safe and compliant environment for all.
Qualifications
3-5 years management experience in a quick-service/fast-food dining concept.
Financial/analytical aptitude, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and P&L management.
Competencies
Valid driver’s license.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to work flexible hours and shifts.
Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the restaurant.
Ability to make decisions under pressure while delegating appropriately.
Strong conflict resolution skills.
High sense of urgency.
Self‑motivated.
Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
Physical Requirements
Stand for long periods of time.
Work around high temperatures.
Work around others in close quarters.
Able to lift 50 pounds comfortably.
Work with various cleaning products.
Perform work at a continuous high pace under pressure while maintaining quality and speed standards.
