Title & Compensation Associate - $18.00 per hour

Location: Plano, TX

Length of assignment: Long term temp to hire

Schedule: Monday - Friday; 7:00am - 3:30pm (100% onsite)

Ideal Candidate

Detail oriented

Experience working auto titles from a dealership or DMV; mortgage titles is also acceptable

Banking or Auto Finance experience

Excel proficient

Summary The Associate, Servicing Support is responsible for processing all Title requests received via multiple channels. The position will ensure all requests/tasks are processed within tight timeframes, while adhering to policy and procedures, and compliance regulations. The position requires flexibility and ability to adapt to a multi-functional departmental structure and job rotation.

Duties and Responsibilities

Process Title requests

Manage process via accessing several databases and systems

Prepare and release documents as requested ensuring accuracy and compliance

Handle general incoming calls, perform follow-up calls and respond to emails received

All other duties as assigned

Knowledge and Skills

Ability to multi-task

Experience with all general office equipment such as phone, fax, printer, email, scanner, computer

Strong communication skills

Data entry, MS Office – Word, Excel
