Supervisor – Center Operations
This Supervisor role is always active and ensures all center operations in the absence of senior management. The role includes coordinating with team members, maintaining high standards, and delivering exceptional guest service.
Essential Duties
Be a champion for guests, consistently delivering exceptional service, soliciting feedback, and resolving complaints.
Capitalize on business opportunities by executing marketing strategies to drive sales (leagues, open play bowling, etc.).
Develop and maintain relationships with league bowlers and officers to grow league business.
Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and scheduling a talented team of hourly center staff.
Lead the team, motivate them and influence through effective motivation; leverage individual strengths to ensure guest satisfaction and maximise productivity.
Assist in overseeing the management and expansion of the center’s Food & Beverage program; provide training and supervision to ensure consistent execution.
Remain flexible with varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and extended workdays.
Qualifications
HS Diploma (Bachelor’s Degree preferred).
1-2 years experience in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or Restaurants.
Solid communication skills.
Strong team player and people developer.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
A commitment to great guest service.
Work Environment / Physical Demands
Typical entertainment environment where you will walk, bend, and stand for periods of time; may lift objects with assistance.
