Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial HVAC Project Manager located in Peoria, AZ. The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate all aspects of commercial HVAC projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards. Responsibilities include developing project plans, managing resources, monitoring project progress, handling client communication, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve problems efficiently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, teams, and stakeholders
Proficiency in budgeting and finance, with the ability to manage project costs effectively
Experience in contract management, including negotiating terms and ensuring compliance
Familiarity with HVAC systems, construction processes, and regulatory standards
Proven project management experience, particularly in the commercial HVAC industry
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred
Proficiency in project management software and tools
