We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives supporting financial transformation efforts. This role will partner closely with Accounting, Finance, Technology, and third‑party vendors to deliver high‑impact projects, including financial system and ERP implementations, in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment. The ideal candidate is a results‑driven leader with a strong finance and systems background who excels at stakeholder management, adapts quickly to change, and translates strategy into executable plans.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager
Experience supporting financial transformations, financial ERP implementations, financial systems, and/or supporting accounting and finance departments as a PM
Expertise managing stakeholders across multiple companies/divisions/groups in multiple locations
Managing and influencing teams through a matrix management structure
Agile methodology experience
Excellent planning, influencing and communication skills
Ability to collaborate across teams, build consensus, coordinate, facilitate and influence different stakeholder groups at all levels
Energetic with a great deal of self‑motivation and a strong bias for delivery, translating discussions and ideas into actions
Ability to respond quickly to changing priorities
Experience with change management
Experience working with third‑party vendors
Desired Skills
Previous work as a Business Analyst, with experience gathering requirements
Strong knowledge of accounting and finance concepts
Experience with project planning tools such as Smartsheet
