Downtown Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Hours:
6:00 am – 4:00 pm, Monday‑Friday (overtime may be required during the week and on Saturdays/Sundays as needed).
We are seeking a local candidate to manage and lead a team of distribution center employees. The Operations Supervisor will communicate company goals, safety practices, and deadlines, motivate staff, assess performance, manage employee hours, and handle all verbal and written performance documentation.
Day in the Life
Supports the Distribution Manager
Trains the lead/back‑up supervisor
Manages inventories and stock, maintaining detailed records and advising on ordering
Encourages team members and identifies new training or skill‑check opportunities
Assists with new team member training
Answers member questions, helps resolve problems, and oversees quality and guideline compliance
Communicates deadlines and sales goals
Develops strategies to promote adherence to company regulations and performance goals
Conducts daily team meetings to update on best practices and expectations
Generates and shares comprehensive reports on team performance, objectives, and deadlines
Ensures brand materials and work spaces meet company presentation standards
Provides quality customer service, collaborating with other departments and handling inquiries and complaints
Conducts daily 5S audits for orderliness and cleanliness
Uses Teams/Office software for tasks and communication
Monitors employee performance, issuing verbal/written warnings for underperformance
Handles employee 90‑day, 6‑month, and year‑end evaluations
Manages employee hours based on volume

Qualifications
Education:
High School diploma or GED required.
Experience:
3+ years of team leadership; distribution experience preferred; product knowledge and industry experience preferred but not required.
Communication:
Strong oral and written skills.
Computer Skills:
Microsoft Office Suite; SharePoint.
