Primary Responsibilities
Assist the Store Team Leader with managing payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and timely completion of related reports.
Demonstrate Ollie's “Yes I Care, Yes I Can” behaviors, providing exceptional associate and customer service experiences.
Ensure that store standards, seasonal transition planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet operational expectations.
Develop and execute talent planning to ensure associate growth.
Ensure proper scheduling and staffing to meet business needs.
Perform all functions to open and close the store when needed and any additional responsibilities and/or duties as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 2 years’ retail management experience with a mid to large‑size retailer.
Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holiday season on a regular basis.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds.
Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a safe manner.
