Who You Are You’ll join the Global Supply Chain Management Team as a Subcontract Administrator – a Buyer for ADP‑ Skunk Works.

What You Will Be Doing • Manage supplier cost, schedule and technical performance on complex build‑to‑print subcontracts for DOD programs. • Hold procurement delegation and sign supplier agreements and purchase orders within established authority. • Lead the development of subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services for subcontract systems in support of development, production and global sustainment primes with multiple contract types. • Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders’ conferences, develop evaluation criteria, analyze and evaluate proposals, negotiate subcontract provisions including price, select or recommend subcontractors, write subcontract packages, prepare awards and administer resulting subcontracts and required change activity.

Minimum Education Required High School/GED

Basic Qualifications

Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 6 years of professional experience; or 4 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree

An experienced communicator

Experience establishing supplier relationships and managing the continuous improvement of supplier performance

Commitment to be on‑site a minimum of 2 days a week

Ability to obtain US Secret Security Clearance

Desired Skills

Experience with reading engineering drawings

Knowledge of acquisition policies and procedures such as FAR / DFAR / LMAP / AeroCode

Ability to work in a dynamic environment

Security Clearance Statement This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Clearance Level: Secret.

The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. • Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility. Schedules range from a standard 40‑hour week over five days while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. • Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week. • Pay Range: $77,700 – $136,965 (California, Massachusetts, New York, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington, DC). For other states the salary range reflects the candidate’s final work location. • This position is incentive plan eligible.
