The Marketing Supply Chain Coordinator will drive efficiency, quality, and seamless communication across the point‑of‑sale (POS) pipeline. The role supports vendor management, price tracking, quality assurance documentation, and serves as the main internal customer service point for logistics operations throughout the fulfillment process.
Job Responsibilities Logistics & Workstream Coordination
Support the trafficking of logistics, merchandise, and POS production projects, coordinating efforts between internal teams and external partners to ensure updates are delivered and timelines met (e.g., Asana, Status Documents).
Coordinate logistics for samples and finalized marketing materials, including shipping, receiving, and fulfillment through Vernon & HQ warehouse facilities.
Communicate with vendors to confirm specifications, delivery schedules, and resolve operational issues.
Assist in Pre‑Order and Bulk Buying processes, building out Pre‑Order windows and individual items in the BrandHub sales ordering portal.
Document processes and workflows across the marketing supply chain ecosystem.
Administrative and Systems Support
Monitor and facilitate sales‑team needs regarding BrandHub and Vernon inventory, shipping, tracking, and forecasting.
Track, consolidate, and share status updates, meeting notes, and actionable next steps from Marketing Supply Chain discussions.
Manage BrandHub ordering platform, reviewing and approving ad‑hoc and on‑demand POS orders multiple times daily, adding new users, or adjusting system budget details.
Support Sweepstakes fulfillment through BrandHub and Vernon.
Process invoice submissions and purchase orders across all workstreams to ensure timely vendor payments.
Manage travel and expense (T&E) budget effectively and on time.
Requirements
1‑3 years of experience in logistics, supply‑chain coordination, or marketing operations.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
Strong organizational, time‑management, and multi‑project coordination skills.
Proficiency with tracking systems, spreadsheets, and project‑management tools.
Clear, effective communication skills for coordinating across teams and vendors.
Detail‑oriented approach to ensure accuracy in logistics and administrative tasks.
5‑10% travel.
