Store Executive Intern (Store Leadership Intern)
Location: San Antonio, TX (Starting Summer 2026) – Full‑time position.

Requirements
Must have strong leadership and communication skills.
Must have excellent customer service skills.
Must be able to read, count, and write accurately.
Must be able to work various hours, including weekends and holidays.
Must maintain a clean appearance as per dress and grooming standards.
Must be able to assign and delegate tasks.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Prolonged periods standing and working on a cash register or related equipment.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
Will work outside in a loud environment due to car wash equipment.
Will participate in physical activities such as lifting (0–50 lbs.), bending, reaching, and stooping.
Work Environment and Physical Demands Employee will work outdoors in a loud environment, constantly moving, lifting, bending, reaching, and stooping up to 50 lbs.
Essential Duties
Assist the Store Leader with hiring and training new team members.
Coordinate day‑to‑day workflow of team members and provide direction.
Assist the Store Leader with employment actions such as discipline and termination according to company policy.
Monitor store performance, identify opportunities to increase productivity and efficiency.
Assist customers with questions or price discrepancies.
Enforce proper use of sales pitches with the team.
Maintain proper cash accountabilities at POS registers.
Perform other duties as assigned.
