Job Summary We are currently in search of a diligent and dedicated
Contents Restoration Technician
to become an integral part of our team. In this role, the Contents Restoration Technician will collaborate with a team of highly skilled professionals, delivering outstanding customer service through the meticulous cleaning and restoration of clients’ possessions affected by water, fire, smoke, and mold damage.
Responsibilities Completion of contents restoration tasks based on work orders to include, but not limited to:
Cleaning/ packing of all household items/furniture that pertain to the damaged area
Boxing up/ moving belongings/ furniture on-site or to our cleaning/storage facilities
Taking accurate inventory/photo documentation of all items
Cleaning the vicinity of the damaged area for reconstruction (remodeling/repairs)
Professional cleaning, deodorizing, repair of all household items/furniture
Qualifications
Can lift over 30 lbs.
Bending, lifting, kneeling, and twisting
Experience in cleaning - a plus!
Communicate well within the team
Professionalism and integrity is appreciated and expected
Must have valid driver's license
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be willing to learn (we like to train our technicians so they can grow with us!)
Some Saturdays required during busy seasons
