Deep love and knowledge of whiskey, wine, and beer
Craft cocktails that are hand‑tooled and gussied up
Understand the balance of showmanship and efficiency
Pride themselves on close attention to detail
Experience & Qualifications
Minimum one (1) year of restaurant and bar experience
Must be able to read, write, & speak English
Ability to stand for long periods of time & lift a minimum of 50 pounds
Maintain a current Food Handler’s Certification & TABC Certification
