About the Role Join Aire Serv Heating & Air Conditioning as an HVAC Duct Cleaner and play a vital role in enhancing indoor air quality for our clients. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who are ready to make a difference in the lives of our customers while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities
Perform thorough cleaning of HVAC duct systems to ensure optimal airflow and efficiency.
Inspect and assess ductwork for damage, mold, and other contaminants.
Utilize specialized equipment and techniques for effective duct cleaning.
Communicate with customers about services performed and recommendations for maintenance.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Assist in the installation of air quality improvement products as needed.
Document service reports and maintain accurate records of work performed.
Work collaboratively with team members to deliver exceptional service.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in HVAC preferred.
Previous experience in HVAC duct cleaning or related field is a plus.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
