Schedule: Full-Time | School-Year Position
ISO Workforce Alliance is seeking Special Education Teachers to support high school resource programs in the San Lorenzo area. These roles focus on math and ELA support, with a combination of resource periods and limited push-in services.
Position Overview Special Education Teachers will provide academic and instructional support to high school students in resource settings, collaborating closely with general education staff to ensure access to curriculum and progress toward IEP goals.
Key Responsibilities
Provide resource support in math and/or ELA
Deliver limited push-in services in general education classrooms
Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs
Track student progress and maintain compliant documentation
Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families
Support students with diverse learning needs in inclusive environments
Requirements / Qualifications
Valid California Education Specialist Instruction Credential
Authorization to support students in Mild/Moderate settings
Experience at the high school level preferred
Strong skills in academic intervention, collaboration, and case management
Familiarity with both resource and push-in service models
