Direct Support Professional - Overnight Shift Make a Meaningful Impact During Overnight Hours

Full-Time | Sunday - Thursday, 12 am - 8 am Program:

Residential Habilitative Program

About the Role: Looking for meaningful overnight work with great pay and benefits? As an Overnight Direct Support Professional, you'll provide essential care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential home setting.

No experience required —we provide comprehensive paid training to set you up for success!

What You'll Do: Overnight Care & Support:

Ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of residents throughout the night

Provide assistance with personal care needs as required

Monitor and respond to any medical or behavioral needs

Implement approved behavior support plans when needed

Independence & Skill Building:

Support individuals in working toward their personal independence goals

Provide coaching and guidance following individualized care plans

Serve as a positive role model and trusted presence

Assist with morning routines and preparation for the day ahead

Household & Daily Living:

Help with meal preparation for early morning or evening meals

Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming home environment

Complete light housekeeping duties as needed

Ensure the home is well-organized and comfortable

Documentation & Communication:

Complete required overnight logs, reports, and data collection

Communicate important information to day shift staff

Document any incidents or changes in resident needs

Maintain accurate medication administration records

What We’re Looking For: Required:

High school diploma or equivalent

Valid driver's license held for at least 3 years with no more than 3 points on driving record

Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently

No Experience Necessary!
