Responsibilities Deliver product by car and then to the door of customers.
Deliver flyers and door hangers.
Operate all equipment as required and stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler.
Prepare product and receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork; clean equipment and facility daily.
Navigate addresses within designated delivery area; read maps and handle adverse terrain including multi-story buildings.
Assist with front counter duties and on-the-job training as needed.
Qualifications You must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards; access to an insured vehicle for delivery.
Strong navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses; ability to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings.
General job duties for all store team members: operate equipment, stock ingredients, prepare product, receive/process orders, take inventory, and maintain a clean work environment.
Communication skills: ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions and to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers.
Essential Skills & Physical Demands Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area; able to navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings while carrying product.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately; may use calculator; able to make correct monetary change; verbal, writing, and telephone communication for orders.
Hand-eye coordination for continuous tasks; ability to manipulate pizza peel, dough shaping, and other kitchen duties; use of computer keyboard or touch screen for orders.
Physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, carrying, pushing, pulling, reaching, crouching, bending, and occasional climbing of stairs or ladders.
Work in varying conditions: outdoor exposure, in-store temperatures from 36°F to 90°F+, exposure to fumes, cornmeal dust, and hot surfaces up to 500°F or higher.
Work Environment & Conditions Exposure to varying weather conditions when delivering and driving; in-store and outdoor temperatures may fluctuate.
Fumes from food odors and equipment; distance to customer locations may require travel between store and vehicle.
Cramped quarters such as walk-in cooler; hot surfaces and moving parts; frequent glove and utensil use.
Driving Specific Duties Deliver product by car to customer door; deliver marketing materials such as flyers.
Requires valid driver’s license with safe driving record and access to insured vehicle.
