Job Description We’re searching for qualified customer service reps with personality and people skills. Domino’s Pizza offers opportunities for growth, including management and franchise ownership.

Responsibilities

Operate all equipment.

Stack ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.

Prepare product.

Receive and process telephone orders.

Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.

Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.

Complete Orientation and training on the job.

Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.

Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

Make correct monetary change.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).

Perform motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.

Driving duties: deliver product by car to customers, deliver flyers, and door hangers.

Navigate delivery area, including adverse terrain and multi‑story buildings, while carrying product.

Drive within a designated delivery area and possibly make several deliveries per shift.

Walk between store and vehicle, and between vehicle and customer location.

Climb up to five or more flights of stairs during delivery.

Physical Demands

Carrying: carry pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing.

Standing forward bending necessary at pizza assembly station, repeated continuously.

Reach overhead (up to 72 inches) to turn on/off oven controls, change prices, and lift and lower objects.

Reaching forward to obtain topping ingredients, clean work surfaces, or answer phones.

Use of hands continuous; frequent and forceful use of forearms and wrists.

Manipulate pizza peel, rolling cutter, and cardboard pizza boxes.

Work Conditions

Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing outside tasks.

In‑store temperatures ranging from 36 to 90 degrees and above in some work areas.

Sudden temperature changes; exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped quarters including walk‑in cooler.

Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500 degrees or higher; sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

Exposure to fumes from food odors.

Safety hazards include moving mechanical parts and hot surfaces.

Qualifications

You must be 16 years of age or older.

Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.

Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders both over the phone and in person.

Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.

Capability to navigate maps and locate addresses within the delivery area.

Valid driver's license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.

Access to an insured vehicle suitable for delivery.

Ready to work variable shifts, part or full time, during hungry hours of the day and night.
