Responsibilities

Deliver on Our Promise by ensuring every moment matters for our clients by providing assistance when needed and communicating proactively. Direct incoming customers to available parking spaces for a seamless parking experience. Count vehicles on location throughout shift, as needed. Write and issue violation warnings to tenants and visitors that violate garage policies; patrol transient and reserved parking levels as needed. Provide assistance to customers that have forgotten where they parked their vehicle. Be present at work every scheduled day, on time, and in uniform. Control traffic at entrances and exits as needed. Assist in the maintenance and repair of parking equipment and general maintenance tasks as directed by the Facility Manager. Report accidents, observed or suspected policy violations, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences to the Facility Manager. Communicate debris, water, oil spills, and related issues to the garage office. Substitute for Valets when necessary, if authorized. Have thorough knowledge of all areas of the garage and major roads in the area to assist customers. Assist Facility Manager with other duties as needed.

Qualifications

A valid state driver’s license, current address, and acceptable driving record. Ability to safely drive a vehicle with a manual transmission is a plus. Availability to work special shifts if needed (2nd, 3rd shift and/or weekends). Proof of eligibility to work legally in the U.S. (must provide valid documentation if hired). Ability to provide accurate information to customers and co-workers and respond professionally to customer problems or complaints. Ability to read, write, add, and subtract US currency and comprehend instructions, short emails, and memos. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and calmly adapt to changes and delays while working.

Salary Range

$19.00 per hour
