Server Compensation

$15.16-$15.16 per hour. Tip eligibility. Per the Colorado Constitution, this employer claims tip credit per Colorado standards. Responsibilities

Responsible for exceeding the customer expectations by providing them with friendly, prompt, and attentive service, guided by each guest’s preference and cues. Extensive knowledge of our food and drink menu. Recommend, upsell, and reinforce the customers’ orders. Prepare food and condiments adhering to Outback standards. Accuracy with guest orders to ensure satisfaction. Buss tables, deliver food and beverages, and ensure every opportunity to WOW a customer is complete. Teamwork is essential and required by all Outbackers. Commitment to food safety, cleanliness, job safety and sanitation standards. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately. Demonstrates teamwork by supporting all areas of the restaurant as business needs arise. Teamwork is essential and expected of all Outbackers. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old to sell alcohol. Ability to lift, carry or move up to 30 lbs. Able to work in hot and cold environments. Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time, up to 8 hours per shift. Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting and stooping. Manual dexterity to handle glassware, utensils and technology systems. Ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment. Visual ability to include distance, close, color, depth and peripheral. Also, the ability to adjust focus as needed. The role involves working in areas with low or dim lighting. Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
