Responsibilities
Makes memorable first and last impressions with a smile
Greets and seats guests, ensuring smooth handoff to service staff
Coordinates wait and seating with a sense of urgency
Always smiles and has genuine conversations with guests
Supports all areas of the restaurant as business needs arise (teamwork essential)
Commits to food safety, cleanliness, job safety, and sanitation standards
Busses tables, delivers food, and supports the dining room to WOW guests
Has general knowledge of the menu and can recommend and upsell products
Answers phone promptly and directs calls
Leads lobby experience for each guest, following Outback hospitality standards
Assists guests and supports servers by serving food, clearing and resetting tables, ensuring a clean, welcoming environment
Requirements
Ability to lift, carry or move up to 30 lbs
Work in hot and cold environments
Walk and stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift)
Frequently bend, reach, kneel, squat and stoop
Manual dexterity to handle glassware, utensils and technology systems
Move quickly in a fast-paced environment
Visual ability to see distance, color, depth; adjust focus as needed; work in low or dim lighting
Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation
