We are seeking a dependable and technically capable IT Support Technician to provide hands‑on support for desktop and laptop hardware, software, peripherals, and office printers. This role focuses on end‑user support, asset management, and troubleshooting to ensure reliable day‑to‑day IT operations.
Job Duties Install, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on desktop and laptop computers and related systems.
Support computer peripherals and office printers, including managing printer‑related supplies (excluding paper).
Install, configure, and update software, patches, and operating system images on desktops, laptops, and personal devices.
Assist users in identifying appropriate software solutions to meet business and operational needs.
Provide first‑line technical support for end‑user hardware, software, printers, and basic network connectivity issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and end‑user network‑related problems.
Assist Network Administrators or Analysts with troubleshooting escalated network‑related issues affecting end users.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications Experience supporting desktop and laptop hardware, operating systems, and common software applications.
Basic knowledge of troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
Experience with PC imaging, software installation, and patch management.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to accurately track and manage IT assets. Experience working with vendors for hardware repair or replacement is a plus.
