Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards Create visually appealing plate presentations Execute pasta dishes, scratch cooking, broiling, seafood, and sauce making Manage kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and food quality Adhere to portion control and a la carte cooking techniques Required Skills
Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience Experience with pastry making, dietary restrictions, and special diets Proficiency in sautéing, knife skills, and back of house operations Ability to prepare baked goods, soups, and handle dietary restrictions Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices Nice to Have Skills
Experience with pastry making and pastry decoration Knowledge of international cuisines and cooking techniques Ability to work in a high-volume kitchen environment Salary and Benefits
