Opening Back of House (BOH) Team Member – Chick‑fil‑A Glenwood Place
Chick‑fil‑A Glenwood Place is looking for dependable and motivated Opening BOH Team Members to join our kitchen team. As an Opening BOH Team Member, you’ll start the day strong by preparing food, maintaining kitchen organization, and ensuring everything is ready to serve our guests with excellence.
Pay Range:
$11.00 – $15.00 per hour (based on experience and availability)
Shift:
5:00 AM – 2:30 PM (opening availability required)
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook Chick‑fil‑A menu items to standard recipes and procedures.
Ensure the kitchen is set up and ready for morning operations.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Work as part of a team to meet service and quality goals.
Qualifications
Reliable and punctual (early morning availability required).
Ability to work in a fast‑paced kitchen environment.
Positive, team‑oriented attitude.
Previous kitchen or food prep experience is a plus, but not required.
