Leading Back of House daily operations with a sharp focus on

food quality, accuracy, and speed of production

Coaching and developing

Shift Leaders and BOH Leaders

to run high‑performing BOH shifts

Managing a team of 15+ and creating a culture of

accountability, urgency, and teamwork

Protecting profitability by

reducing waste , stewarding labor, and managing lean inventory systems

Ensuring full compliance with

food safety, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance standards

Partnering with Front of House leadership to deliver seamless peak‑period execution and excellent guest experience

Identify bottlenecks in kitchen operations and take decisive action to maintain speed and service excellence

Background Profile

Full‑time

open availability , including

Friday & Saturday

2+ years leading teams in a kitchen or production‑driven environment, with responsibility for people, systems, and results

Experience managing shifts, leading leaders, and being accountable for food quality, speed, and labor

Proven ability to

coach for performance

and hold others to high operational standards
