What You’ll Do

Greet and assist prospective and current residents, family members, and visitors

Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department

Deliver flyers, mail, and packages, and provide support to vendors

Assist residents with daily inquiries and routine needs

Support Ruth’s House staff with various tasks as needed

What You’ll Need

High school diploma or equivalent required

Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively

Proficiency with computers and common software applications
