Youth Sports Instructors Needed for Preschool and Elementary Age Children
Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program with an emphasis on character development. Our caring team positively impacts children's lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum and communication. We coach out of more than 150 locations around Northern and Central Florida with more than 10,000 children enrolled annually.

Benefit to our coach:
Starting Pay - $20 - 28 per hour (commensurate on experience)
Detailed Coaching Progression – you train more, you get paid more
401(k) with up to 3% company match
Paid for Continuing Education in Early Childhood Education and Soccer Coaching
Ability to promote to Full-Time salaried employee
A coach needs:
Passion for early education and positively impacting youth
Reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License
High School Diploma
Eligible to work in the U.S., to include passing a Child Abuse History Clearance and Background Check
Must be 18 in accordance with Florida statutes to pass a DCF Level 2 background Check

Safety-conscious, whose #1 priority is the safety of each child in their care
Caring, engaging with each child through specific and positive affirmation

Coaching hours:
Monday through Friday 8:30am-6:00pm; Saturdays 8:30am-12:00pm
A day in the life of a coach:
Safely manage a class of up to 16 children
Implement our curriculum which focuses on skill and character development
Arrive on-time to your locations and provide a positive customer experience to faculty and families
Maintain equipment and manage your class rosters
Go home knowing you made a difference

We are a young company with a lively culture. We encourage our coaches to hang out with each other and organize events for the team to attend. Pickup soccer games, community events, team dinners and end-of-season parties are very common within our organization.

We train the best coaches in the business. We put every Soccer Shots coach through our comprehensive training program to receive certification that includes learning the use of developmentally appropriate coaching techniques. Our coaches are routinely evaluated and undergo ongoing training. Our coach selection process evaluates not only the ability to coach soccer, but, more importantly, the ability to engage and inspire children. Do you have experience coaching another sport? Basketball? Baseball? Multi-Sport? Bring that experience to our team and we will help you carry on improving your coaching techniques! Our families experience exceptional customer service and ongoing communication. Members of the Soccer Shots team must be excellent communicators – with children, with parents, with partners and with each other! Our team understands the importance of timely, responsive communication. Have you worked in early childhood education before? Maybe as a preschool teacher or elementary school teacher? You know that parents want to know what their kids are doing, we make it a priority to inform them the best we can. We use expert-approved curriculum that aligns with early childhood education standards. Our developmentally appropriate curriculum places an emphasis on character development and skill building in an early childhood environment, a preschool, a daycare or a child care facility, or wherever our children are playing. Our program is created under the guidance of childhood education specialists, professional soccer players and experienced and licensed soccer coaches. We constantly re-evaluate and update our curriculum to stay current with childhood education standards.
