Youth Sports Instructors Needed for Preschool and Elementary Age Children. Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program with an emphasis on character development. Our caring team positively impacts children's lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum and communication. We coach at more than 150 locations around Northern and Central Florida with more than 10,000 children enrolled annually. Benefits

Starting Pay - $20-$28 per hour (commensurate on experience) Detailed coaching progression – you train more, you get paid more 401(k) with up to 3% company match Paid for Continuing Education in Early Childhood Education and Soccer Coaching Coach Requirements
Passion for early education and positively impacting youth Reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License High School Diploma Eligible to work in the U.S., including passing a Child Abuse History Clearance and Background Check Must be 18 to pass a DCF Level 2 background check (per Florida statutes) Coaching Characteristics
Safety-conscious with the child’s safety as the top priority Caring and engaging with each child through positive affirmation Organized, systematic, and forward-planning Responsible and committed Energetic, engaging, and fun
Coaching Hours
Monday through Friday 8:30am–6:00pm; Saturdays 8:30am–12:00pm Day in the Life of a Coach
Safely manage a class of up to 16 children Implement our curriculum focused on skill and character development Arrive on time to locations and provide a positive customer experience to faculty and families Maintain equipment and manage class rosters Go home knowing you made a difference Culture and Values
We are a young company with a lively culture. Coaches are encouraged to hang out with each other and organize team events. Activities include pickup soccer games, community events, team dinners and end-of-season parties. Core Values

We train the best coaches in the business. We put every Soccer Shots coach through our comprehensive training program to receive certification, and our coaches are routinely evaluated and undergo ongoing training. Our coach selection process evaluates the ability to coach soccer and, more importantly, the ability to engage and inspire children. Our families experience exceptional customer service and ongoing communication. Our developmentally appropriate curriculum places an emphasis on character development and skill building in an early childhood environment.
