Understanding and practicing our mission, values, and objectives Washes, stacks, sorts, and stores dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware Maintains a clean kitchen and keeps dish area organized and free of clutter Follows sanitation and cleaning procedures including maintaining a clean, dry floor as well as making sure full trashcans and boxes are removed properly Ensure equipment is working properly and any issues are reported to management immediately Qualifications

Ability to listen and follow directions Ability to multi-task Ability to work well as part of a team Ability to work independently and maintain a high level of accountability Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment Desired Qualifications
Ability to lead and direct while cultivating a healthy and collaborative team environment Job Expectations
Stand for prolonged periods of time and handle products, tools, paperwork and equipment May be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, extreme heat, steam, and cold present in a kitchen environment and requested to work with cleaning chemicals Regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 35 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds with a team Seniority level
