Benefits You Can Count On
Average Pay: $80,000.
Sign‑on bonus: Up to $10,000 for qualified candidates, depending on experience.
3rd shift‑overnight.

What You’ll Do As a CDL‑A Delivery Driver
Inspect tractor‑trailer for defects pre/post trip and submit DOT inspection report.
Inspect bill of lading and store keys for accuracy in off‑hour delivery.
Drive tractor‑trailer to destination, applying commercial driving regulations and maneuvering skill.
Maintain driver log (Manual or PeopleNet) according to DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipt, product temperatures, and exceptions.
Unload trailer, delivering product into customer premises.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications You’ll Bring as a CDL‑A Teammate
At least 21 years of age.
Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL‑A).
At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor‑trailer driving experience.
Must meet McLane's MVR and risk rating qualifications.
Ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job‑related tasks effectively and safely.
