Responsibilities
Learn and have complete knowledge and understanding of the coffee menu and food choices
Educate customers by presenting and explaining the coffee drink and food menu; answer questions
Keep work area and customer area clear of cluttered dishes, glasses and garbage
Obtain proper coffee knowledge to appropriately assist our guests
Maintain inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply; stocking coffee brewing equipment; maintaining supplies
Keep equipment running by following operating instructions; maintaining supplies; equipment cleanliness
Leave a positive impression on the customers to ensure a return venture and potential word‑of‑mouth promotion
Requirements
You have one year Barista experience (preferred)
You possess basic math skills (able to add, subtract and count back change to customer)
You have legible handwriting
You have strong customer service and verbal communication skills
