Compensation Weekly Pay:

$2135

per week, plus hourly pay of

$30.50

if applicable.

Hours per week: 60 hours

Paid training

Schedule: Sunday–Thursday

Start time: 4:00 PM–6:00 PM dispatch

Route & Equipment

Route: SOLO to Piscataway, NJ and Buffalo, NY (Local Home Daily)

Tractor: Day Cab

Trailer: 48' Doubles

Freight: No Touch – Paper Rolls

Doubles endorsement required

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum 21 years of age

Pass a Ryder drug test

Pass a Ryder background & motor-vehicle check (drug & alcohol verification from last 3 years)

Pass a DOT physical

Pass a Ryder road test

Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements

Class A verifiable experience:

9 months within past 3 years, or

2 years within last 5 years, or

5 years within last 10 years

Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions

Ability to read, interpret, and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures

Additional Screening Some positions require additional screening, including employment and education verification, motor vehicle records checks, road tests, and/or customer-specific background requirements.

Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with federal and state laws, regulations, and agency rules, standards, and guidelines

detect and eliminate or minimize safety hazards; maintain accurate records and logs

loading/unloading freight or assisting in loading/unloading as required by customer

perform other duties as assigned
