We are seeking an Entry‑Level Tooling Machinist who has foundational machining knowledge and wants to build a long‑term career in mold and tooling fabrication while working alongside experienced machinists.

4‑Day work week
What You’ll Do
Operate a surface grinder to sharpen steel punches and dies with guidance
Perform basic machining, drilling, and CNC operations under supervision
Assist with mold construction and completion using shop equipment such as drills, mills, saws, and lathes
Learn CNC setup and basic programming adjustments with support from experienced staff
Follow good manufacturing practices to ensure product quality and safety
Maintain clean, organized work areas in compliance with 5S standards
Care for machines, tools, and equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation
Work collaboratively with tooling, production, and engineering teams
What You Bring
Knowledge of basic machining operations
Technical diploma, associate degree, or coursework in Machining, Tool & Die, or Machine Tool Technology preferred
Entry‑level machining experience, internships, or shop training acceptable
Willingness to learn, follow direction, and grow technical skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Team‑oriented attitude and good communication skills
