Suite Attendant (Part-Time Seasonal)
– Four Winds Field, Levitated by Levy Restaurants
Pay Range:
$9.00 per hour
Job Summary This seasonal, event‑based role runs from April through September. The Suite Attendant takes food and beverage orders and efficiently delivers items to suite and premium area guests.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Promptly and warmly greet guests in the suite or premium space; take food and beverage orders efficiently, following established steps of service.
Deliver food promptly and professionally while maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards.
Periodically check in to assist with any additional needs or requests.
Demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and ingredients; advise guests on combinations of food and drinks and accommodate reasonable requests.
Communicate directly with back‑of‑the‑house staff to ensure correct delivery of orders and special requests.
Exhibit exceptional communication skills and maintain patience and flexibility when interacting with guests and staff.
Collect tickets and follow proper cash‑handling procedures.
Promote a clean, safe, and neat environment for guests and maintain high sanitation standards.
Maintain confidentiality regarding any personal or medical information shared by guests.
Address complaints or issues promptly and relay relevant information to a supervisor.
Ensure suite or premium space is properly set up before and after service and keep area clean and neat.
Operate equipment such as fire extinguishers, telephones, chafers, inductions, beverage machines, soup wells, and coffee machines.
Collaborate with staff from other departments during special events and functions.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Must possess or be able to obtain a valid alcohol servers' permit.
