Position Title
Suite Attendant (Part-Time Seasonal) at Atrium Health Park
Pay Range $12.00 to $12.00 per hour
Job Summary Seasonal event‑based role, from April through September.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Promptly and warmly greet guests in the suite or premium space; take food and beverage orders efficiently following established steps of service.
Deliver food promptly and professionally; maintain safe food handling and sanitation standards; follow up to assist with additional needs.
Demonstrate complete understanding of menu items, ingredients, and specialized diets and allergens; advise guests on appropriate combinations of food and drinks when requested.
Communicate directly with back‑of‑the‑house staff to ensure orders are delivered correctly and special requests are accommodated.
Maintain exceptional communication skills, flexibility, and patience when interacting with guests and staff.
Collect tickets and follow proper cash‑handling procedures.
Promote a clean, safe, and neat environment for guests; ensure sanitation standards.
Maintain sensitivity and confidentiality regarding personal or medical information.
Promptly address complaints, relaying relevant information to supervisor.
Ensure suite or premium space is properly set up before and after service periods and kept clean.
Operate equipment such as fire extinguishers, telephones, chafers, inductions, beverage machines, soup wells, and coffee machines.
Work with staff from other departments to perform duties during special events.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Must possess or be able to obtain a valid alcohol server’s permit.
