The Nail Technician is responsible for guest satisfaction in the spa by performing services to the best of their ability and maintaining Omni standards throughout all procedures.

Responsibilities

Work as part of the spa therapy team to consistently provide the highest standard of treatment, creating a sensory journey for guests helping them to rest, relax and regain a sense of balance and harmony in their lives.

Set up the nail stations and pedicure thrones according to procedures and dispose of laundry in a timely manner.

Clean, sanitize, and set up the nail stations according to procedures.

Maintain sanitation of work area and equipment as required by state board guidelines.

Use professional stock in compliance with the PAR levels to reduce product waste.

Begin and end treatments at the published time and ensure correct procedures are always followed.

Ensure all guests depart with a completed prescription form after every service.

Strive to consistently produce a minimum of 10% in retail sales.

Qualifications

Minimum 1‑year experience in nail therapy in an upscale salon or spa setting strongly preferred.

Current State of Tennessee Nail Technician License.

Capable of providing all phases of nail care (spa manicures, spa pedicures, paraffin treatments, French upgrade on hands and toes, and specializing in natural nails).

Good verbal and written communication skills.

Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Committed to exceeding customer expectations with strong attention to detail.

Able to work well under pressure, managing back‑to‑back appointments in a high‑volume environment.

Maintain a professional business appearance, attitude, and performance.

Must be able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Move, bend, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 40 pounds without assistance.

Stand, walk, or sit for an extended period or for an entire work shift.

Require repetitive motion, including telephone/computer use for extended periods.

Obtain a State of Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage Commission server permit before hire date.
