Pulama Lanai
Job Description
Responsible for cleanliness of all hotel rooms and public areas of the Hotel. Maintains all assigned areas according to established standards. Collects and sorts laundry from various areas for Four Seasons Laundry. Assists with performing light yard work around the Hotel grounds.
Compensation $18.90/hour (non‑exempt)
Reporting Relationship Reports to: Hotel Manager and Assistant Retail Manager

Conduct individual and business affairs in highest ethical and legal fashion.
Establish and contribute to a supportive, creative, enthusiastic, and cooperative working environment for all.
Build strong communication links with supervisors, peers, and employees.

Comply with all Company policies and standards.

Essential Duties
Complies with housekeeping procedures, safety guidelines, and security protocols.
Ensures the highest levels of cleanliness, based on established standards, are maintained in all assigned areas.
Maintains cleanliness of all rooms, public restrooms, and public areas.
Reports any maintenance work, damage, or theft to the Hotel Manager.
Turns all found articles over to the Hotel Manager, immediately.
Alerts the Hotel Manager of suspicious people in guest areas.
Collects and sorts laundry from various areas for laundering at Four Seasons.
Assists with performing light yard work around Hotel grounds.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, preferred.
Relate to people in a friendly and professional manner.
Work to the established procedures and maintain reliable work attendance.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
Able to think and make effective decisions quickly.
Ability to create effective working relationships with employees.
Must maintain a positive attitude and work under pressure.
Physical Requirements
Regularly required to sit, talk, and hear.
Occasionally required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distant vision, and color vision.
Required to operate objects, tools, or controls.
