Grocery Clerk – Sprouts Farmers Market
We are looking for a motivated Grocery Clerk to support our fast‑paced retail environment while helping customers make healthy choices. Join our team that values customer service, product knowledge, and teamwork.

Responsibilities
Stock shelves and replenish products in Dry Grocery, Dairy, and Frozen departments.
Fill frozen food bins, maintain product presentation, and keep the sales floor clean.
Receive product deliveries, verify delivery accuracy, and move items to the sales floor using various equipment.
Rotate merchandise to ensure the freshest products are available.
Support the store’s overall cleanliness and presentation.
Assist with other related duties as assigned.
Restrictions for Employees Under 18
Not allowed to use a knife (other than safety cutters) or ladders.
Not allowed to operate garbage or cardboard compactor or any motor/electronically powered equipment (including manual pallet jacks).
Limited to working in coolers or freezers for short periods.
Qualifications
At least 16 years of age.
Dependable and reliable; able to work a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
Positive attitude, strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Capable of performing repetitive activities, multitasking, prioritizing, and staying organized.
Ability to lift and transfer boxes weighing up to 60 lbs. (5” to 34” tall) up to 5 feet for up to 25 hours without mechanical assistance.
Adherence to all safety, health, OSHA, and Weights & Measures regulations.

Willingness to perform other related duties as assigned.
Pay Range $17.05 – $21.25 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
