Responsibilities
Cook menu items assigned to your station.
Be mindful of special requests and dietary restrictions.
Ensure dishes meet quality standards and adhere to recipes.
Assist sous chefs and the head chef in the kitchen.
Dispose of spoiled food and other waste material.
Maintain cleanliness and ensure the kitchen complies with health and safety regulations.
Report any issues with kitchen equipment to management.
Qualifications
Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, and equipment.
Execute assigned tasks with precision and speed in a fast‑paced, high‑stress environment.
Effective communication skills.
Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a high‑pressure environment.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
