**Job Title:** Recovery Nurse **Location:** Springfield, Missouri **Job Summary:**

• Conduct thorough nursing assessments and evaluate the physical condition of clients to determine service needs.
• Complete screenings, record medical histories, and monitor vital signs while coordinating action plans based on results.
• Work collaboratively with the treatment team to create individualized action plans addressing physical and mental health needs.
• Provide disease prevention and health education as required, overseeing infectious disease control and hygiene.
• Arrange medical appointments and manage medical emergencies for clients during treatment.
• Educate clients and guardians about prescribed medications, monitoring compliance with state regulations and managing side effects.
• Consult with physicians and pharmacists as necessary to confirm and coordinate medication needs and lab levels.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in alignment with company policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate an interest in the goals and objectives of the company, participating in ongoing training and development.
• Perform other duties as assigned by program leadership. **Education, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:**
• Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
• Must be willing to obtain licensure in additional states as necessary and be comfortable providing telehealth services.
• BCLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred for FQHC services. **Additional Qualifications:**
• Successful completion of background checks including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect, and fingerprint checks.
• Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insurance.
• Must complete New Hire Orientation and all training requirements, including Relias, at the initiation of employment and annually thereafter. **Physical Requirements:**
• Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, or pull.
• Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and/or writing during work shifts.
• Sedentary jobs involve sitting most of the time but may include walking or standing for brief periods, meeting all other sedentary criteria.
