Serving as Worship Pastor, he will oversee and lead a worship team to guide the congregation in worship services and special programs, coordinating service details based on the theme and overall direction established by the Senior Pastor. Develop and distribute volunteer resources necessary to lead effectively
Partner with the Kid’s Pastor to develop cohesive ministries with an intentional transition from Kid’s Ministry to Youth Ministry
Consistent involvement with the pastoral needs of the students and leaders.
Creating a service environment within the monthly gatherings that connects students to Growth Path, Build Team, to worship, pray, build healthy community, and challenges them to grow as leaders within the church

Attend at least one ministry conference and one mission event annually.

REQUIREMENTS
Must be a committed follower of Jesus Christ with a demonstrated life of integrity and spiritual maturity.
Be an active member of First Mt. Juliet, faithfully attending, serving, and giving.

Maintain confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information.
Successfully complete background checks and all child safety training.
Theological education and student ministry experience.
