outgoing, compassionate Veterinary Receptionist
to join our incredible team! As the
first friendly face
our clients see, you’ll play a vital role in creating a welcoming, supportive experience for both pets and their people. If you love helping others, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and want to grow within veterinary medicine, this could be the perfect role for you. What You’ll Do
In this rewarding and people-focused position, you will: Greet clients with warmth, empathy, and professionalism Schedule and manage appointments to keep daily operations running smoothly Communicate with clients in person and via a multi-line phone system Process payments and maintain accurate client and financial records Learn and use
veterinary terminology
to support clear and effective communication Enter and update information in
electronic medical records
with accuracy and attention to detail Answer questions and provide helpful guidance about hospital services Support the veterinary team by ensuring clear, compassionate client communication This role is ideal for a natural people-person who enjoys multitasking, learning new skills, and being part of a collaborative medical team. Schedule
Full-time position 4/10 schedule Flexible Monday–Friday No weekends! Full-time benefits and compensation
Compensation: $15-17 per hour, for each hour worked Health package: Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance and disability Employee Assistance Program 401k options Paid time off in accordance with site policy and applicable law Personal pet discount Minimum Qualifications
1+ year of customer/client service experience Previous veterinary reception experience
