Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic
Preschool Teacher (Lead)
to foster social, emotional, and intellectual development in preschool-aged children.
Responsibilities
Create an engaging and inclusive learning environment that sparks curiosity.
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans.
Foster a positive classroom atmosphere where children feel safe and valued.
Use varied teaching methods and materials for different learning styles.
Plan and facilitate activities such as arts, music, storytelling, and outdoor play.
Assess children's progress, document observations, and maintain accurate records.
Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to enrich the educational experience.
Communicate effectively with parents/guardians, providing regular updates.
Ensure child safety, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
Passion for early childhood education.
Previous experience as a Preschool Teacher or similar role.
CDA or Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred (equivalent experience considered).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Creativity and resourcefulness in designing developmentally appropriate activities.
Patience, empathy, and ability to establish nurturing relationships with children and families.
