Serve as the main point of contact for clients, facilitating communication between clients and internal teams Manage client meeting schedules and agendas, ensuring alignment with project scope agreements Create, deliver, and present client-facing materials and reports based on individual client needs Monitor client health key performance indicators (KPIs) and escalate client risks and opportunities as necessary Document meeting minutes accurately to capture client needs and actionable items What is Required (Qualifications)
2 to 3 years of internal or external customer service experience or relevant experience in written business communication Proficiency with Microsoft Office and intermediate-level experience in MS Excel Proven experience in building reports, validating data, and providing quality assurance Ability to efficiently manage time and balance multiple priorities in a dynamic setting How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
