Where you’ll make an impact
Carry out general maintenance and repair work across resort buildings and facilities
Ensure fixtures, fittings and equipment are safe, functional and well‑presented
Complete a range of tasks including minor carpentry, painting, sanding, door repairs, gutter cleaning and small renovation works
Respond to maintenance requests promptly and professionally to support an exceptional guest experience
Maintain a safe, clean and organised work environment in line with WHS policies
What we’re looking for You’re a practical problem‑solver who enjoys variety in your day and takes pride in delivering quality work. You work well in a team, stay calm when things get busy, and bring a flexible, positive attitude to every task. To be successful, you’ll need
Valid manual driver’s licence
White Construction Card (essential)
Previous maintenance experience or partial trade qualification (essential)
Work Safely at Heights and EWP (above 11m) tickets highly regarded
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills and professional presentation
Flexible, reliable and safety‑focused approach to work
