As an
Electrician Foreman / Supervisor , you’ll lead a team of Electricians and Leading Hands, overseeing the safe and efficient delivery of all electrical installation, maintenance, and repair works across Hamilton Island. We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on leader with a strong commitment to safety, compliance, and quality workmanship. Lead and supervise the electrical team, driving a culture of safety, compliance and teamwork Manage day-to-day electrical operations, including maintenance, installations and emergency works Maintain and repair systems across accommodation, resort venues, commercial kitchens, motors, pumps and AV Prioritise urgent guest-related repairs to ensure comfort and safety Monitor team performance, approve timesheets and prepare work rosters Ensure accurate recordkeeping of materials, hours and maintenance reporting Support other trades and collaborate with the Maintenance Manager to meet operational needs Communicate clearly with stakeholders and your team through regular meetings and briefings What we’re looking for
You’re an experienced electrician who leads by example, with a focus on quality, compliance and collaboration. You’re ready to step up into a supervisory role in a location that offers more than just a job. To be successful, you’ll need
QLD Electrical Work Licence - Electrical Mechanic (Essential) Minimum 2 years’ full-time trade experience Previous leadership or supervisory experience Current CPR and LVR certification QLD open/unrestricted driver’s licence About Hamilton Island
