Kitchen Manager Dock 17 is a

seeking a

hands-on BOH Kitchen Manager

to lead kitchen operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role is ideal for a strong kitchen leader who values quality, teamwork, and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

Lead daily operations in a scratch kitchen.

Ensure consistent food quality, recipes, and plating standards.

Coach, train, and supervise kitchen staff

Manage scheduling, labor, inventory, and food costs.

Maintain food safety, sanitation, and health code compliance.

Partner with leadership to keep service running smoothly

What We’re Looking For

Experience as a Kitchen Manager or BOH leader

Scratch kitchen and high-volume experience

Strong leadership and communication skills

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays

Hours of Operation

Dock 17 is now open Monday - Thursday 4 p.m. - 9 p.m., Friday 11 a.m. - 10 p.m., Saturday 9 a.m. - 10 p.m. and Sunday 9 p.m. - 9 p.m.

(morning, afternoon, evening availability needed, weekends are required for this position)
